It’s that time of year… our annual Customer Prize Draw where the winner will receive a Fortnum & Mason’s Classic Christmas hamper, full of festive goodies! If you’ve not received your link to the draw just drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll resend it to you. The draw will take place on December 10th 2019.
Thanks to all our clients that used our help desk support service in November. This year we've supported 10059 cases, that's 7003 hours of support! 😄 Thanks as well for over 2700 customer feedback surveys to date, with 2246 (81.97%) excellent ratings.
We survey our customers on a continual basis across all aspects of the service we provide, providing us with invaluable feedback on where we’re doing a great job, and where we can improve. This has helped us continue to enhance the service we deliver and achieve a 4.8 out of 5 rating from over 2700 surveys. Why not take a look at both yours, and others customer feedback here.
