It’s that time of year…our annual Customer Service Prize Draw which will take place on December 10th. Every customer who has submitted a service survey during 2018 will have an entry and the winner will receive a Fortum & Mason’s Classic Christmas hamper, full of festive goodies!
We survey our customers on a continual basis across all aspects of the service we provide, providing us with invaluable feedback on where we’re doing a great job, and where we can improve. This has helped us continue to enhance the service we deliver and achieve a 4.8 out of 5 rating from over 2140 surveys. Why not take a look your, and other customer feedback here.
We’re grateful to all the customers who take a few moments to send in their feedback and, in addition to the thank you, we send to each of them, we wanted to provide a bigger prize for the year through this annual prize draw as a further sign of our appreciation.
