Now, a team of 12 field based sales and merchandising personnel have access to all the information they need to maximise sales and customer service operations.

Sage 200 and Sage CRM is fully integrated with Realitex200, the UK’s leading system for carpets and flooring and allows users, whether field or office based to access real-time customer order accounts and stock enquiries at the click of a mouse. Carpets and flooring specific functionality have also been provided to handle samples requests as well as the increasingly rare customer complaint!
