LTS Global Solutions to Streamline Credit Control with Sage 200 & Credit Hound

As an expanding business, LTS was on the lookout to improve its existing business management systems and it was a ‘Tweet’ from another TPN member and Wharncliffe customer, Walkers Transport which prompted LTS Global Solutions’ MD Dave Hands to take a look at Wharncliffe’s Sage 200cloud solution.
Dave explains. ‘Our business has used Stirling, the specialist road haulier’s system for a number of years, and it was imperative that any potential financial management system would integrate with this. Additionally, we needed to optimise credit control and reduce general admin time so we wanted potential suppliers to demonstrate a system which would meet our requirements. Wharncliffe presented their packaged Sage 200cloud solution which included Credit Hound.’

Fully integrated with Sage 200cloud Financials, it significantly reduces administrative tasks and instantly shows how much is owed and who you need to chase. Credit Hound is designed to simplify and streamline the debt collection process with automatic chasing features and status updates which will enable LTS Distribution to collect debts quicker and improve cash flow.
Dave Hands concludes. ‘Wharncliffe took us to Walkers Transport where they’d already successfully integrated Sage 200cloud and Sage 200 CRM but our requirements were slightly different. Credit Hound addresses these differences and will deliver more accuracy, credibility and professionalism in the way we handle our daily credit control tasks.’
