In this release, we’ve introduced new web screens and some great new features to support a customers’ sales process.

- New Web Screens for Sales Order Processing and Quotations, including the functionality to create, amend and view new quotes and sales orders – as well as print, attach and send these documents via email, all on the go using the browser of your choice. Discover the web screens yourself here.
- New Quotation Functionality helps customers to see proposed cross sell items, suggested items regularly purchased by the customer and suitable alternative items, to support a more streamlined sales process.
- Web Screen Customisation enhances the customer user experience by supporting customers’ needs to customise their view when working on new and existing web screens.
These new web screens and enhancements support the flexibility of the API, offering you a greater scope to connect your customers to a wider ecosystem of solutions.
Plus, in this release, we have made several maintenance updates including changes to platform support, updates for cloud connected features and, the retirement of XML VAT submission functionality, along with confirmation of the retirement of Sage 200 CRM.
Finally, our migration tools from Sage 50cloud to Sage 200 Professional and between the Sage 200 variants has also been updated.
