Introducing the Guides module for Sage CRM…
Integrate your procedures, processes, troubleshooting, etc into your Sage CRM Tasks to ensure a consistent process is followed each and every time, with clear visibility on the progress of a Task!
How it works
Rather than having a static written procedure/process, you create a Guide that breaks the process into Actions. When a user is tasked to do something you can link the appropriate Guide and they can then follow this Guide through the process, completing each Action as they work through the Task. They, and other users, can then see what’s complete and what’s left to do, and everyone can follow a standardised process.
Actions can be grouped so that multiple actions can be completed in one go if they are not relevant to the particular Task, and Guides can be reset when linked to a recurring Task like month-end processing for example – carry out the actions, reset the Guide, and move the next action date of the Task to the end of next month.
Guides can be created and edited quickly and easily, making them interactive and dynamic, with any changes then immediately visible across any other open Tasks using the same Guide.
Security settings prevent visibility and access of Guides unless they are relevant to the users’ role.
